I am a Registered Dietitian qualifying with a First-class BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey. I am currently extending my knowledge of performance nutrition through an MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition at St Mary's University, London.
I have worked with coaches and individuals to provide nutritional support for both recreational and competitive athletes. My experience of competing and getting the body 'race ready' has helped me in developing personalised practical nutrition plans and strategies to enhance performance.
I also work as a clinical Dietitian for the NHS supporting individuals with various conditions. By providing guidance on how to create a healthy, well-balanced diet and offering support from regular nutritional counselling, I have helped individuals improve their health and wellbeing.
